1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by 568jl in connection with the 568jl Platform accessible at 568jl.club, including all sub-domains, mobile interfaces, applications, and ancillary services provided under the 568jl brand.
1.2 Data Controller. 568jl is required by law to share certain player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies, upon their lawful request or as required by applicable regulation. 568jl will comply with all such lawful requests.

6.1 The 568jl Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including browser local storage, pixel tags, and session identifiers) to deliver and improve the Platform experience.

10.1 The 568jl Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gambling in the Philippines. 568jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age.
10.2 If 568jl discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person below the age of 21, 568jl will:

11.1 568jl will send you promotional emails, SMS messages, and in-app notifications only where you have provided valid, informed, and freely given consent at the time of registration or through your Account Settings.
11.2 Opting Out. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by: (a) clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email; (b) replying "STOP" to any marketing SMS; or (c) updating your communication preferences in Account Settings.
