In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 By creating an Account on the 568jl Platform, or by accessing any part of the Platform without creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 568jl. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. 568jl does not accept corporate registrations for individual gaming accounts.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the 568jl Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines and applies to all game categories including slots, live dealer, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and lottery. No exceptions shall be made under any circumstances.

3.2 KYC Verification. To access real-money gameplay, deposit funds, and request withdrawals, Players must complete the 568jl KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys card, UMID, driver's license, or passport) together with any additional documents reasonably requested by 568jl's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses therein.

3.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and KYC. Any misrepresentation of identity, age, or residency status constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 568jl to immediately terminate the Account and withhold all Funds pending regulatory review.

3.5 Jurisdiction Restrictions. 568jl is operated for and targeted at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether access to the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

4.1 Credential Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. Players must not share their credentials with any third party. 568jl will never request your password via chat, email, or telephone.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. In the event that a Player suspects unauthorized access to their Account, the Player must notify 568jl immediately through the 24/7 live support channel. 568jl shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access.

4.3 Account Activity. Players are responsible for all bets placed, all transactions conducted, and all activity occurring through their Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by the Player.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 568jl reserves the right to impose a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant Accounts after providing prior written notice via the Player's registered email address.

5.1 Accepted Methods. 568jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via PAGCOR-approved payment channels including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter payment partners. The list of accepted methods is subject to change; current options are displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum single deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published on the Platform and subject to revision without prior notice. Higher limits may be available to VIP-tier players upon request.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal request will be approved, the following conditions must be met: (a) the Player's KYC verification must be complete; (b) the Player's total deposits must equal or exceed the requested withdrawal amount; (c) all applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus funds must be fulfilled; and (d) there must be no outstanding compliance review on the Account.

5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically practicable. 568jl reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to new payment destinations.

5.5 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals under ₱100,000 are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet are processed within the same banking day during operational hours. 568jl is not responsible for delays attributable to payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on the 568jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 568jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 568jl are available exclusively to Players who have a verified Account in good standing. Players who have self-excluded, Players under investigation for prohibited conduct, and Players with suspended Accounts are not eligible to claim or utilize Bonuses.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the Bonus balance (and any winnings derived therefrom) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds applicable to each Bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following practices constitute Bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes to obtain Bonus credits;
• Coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a promotion;
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (known as "arbing" or "matched betting" using Bonus funds);
• Any other conduct that 568jl determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute an attempt to obtain Bonuses through deceptive or bad-faith means.

6.4 Forfeiture. 568jl reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or permanently close an Account found to be engaged in Bonus abuse. Forfeited Bonus amounts are not subject to appeal.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 568jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a Bonus at the time of its modification retain their rights under the original terms communicated at the point of claim.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 568jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics.

7.2 RNG and Fairness. All electronic casino games (slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages published on the Platform represent the theoretical, long-term average return and do not guarantee any individual outcome.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure that affects a game outcome, 568jl reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to Players. No claims will be entertained for outcomes derived from a malfunctioning game.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets, settlement rules, and void criteria are governed by the 568jl Sportsbook Rules, which are accessible on the Platform. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a result dispute, 568jl's decision, made in accordance with published rules, is final.

7.5 Sabong. Online sabong is available through licensed Philippine cockfighting derbies. Sabong bets are settled according to the official result declared by the licensed arena or cockpit authority. 568jl is not responsible for disputes arising from the conduct of the physical derby.

7.6 Responsible Betting. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. 568jl strongly encourages all Players to set personal deposit and session time limits, available via Account Settings, and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 568jl Platform:

• Fraud: Any fraudulent payment, use of stolen financial credentials, or misrepresentation of identity or age;
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of illegal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended;
• Cheating: Use of software robots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Minors: Allowing, facilitating, or permitting access by any person under 21 years of age;
• Harassment: Any abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 568jl staff or other players;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including other Players' Accounts, servers, or administrative systems;
• Intellectual Property Violations: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 568jl content without express written authorization.

9.1 568jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

9.2 Player Protection Tools. The following tools are available to all verified 568jl Account holders via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and enforced breaks after a set session duration;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount that may be lost within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from all 568jl services for a minimum period of 6 months.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude must contact the 568jl support team via live chat with a clear request. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, 568jl will use reasonable technical measures to prevent Account access and will not direct marketing communications to the excluded Player.

9.4 Age Restriction Enforcement. 568jl strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum gambling age of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a player below 21 will be closed immediately, all Funds returned to the source payment method, and the incident reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.

10.1 All content on the 568jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 568jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any content; (b) commercially exploit the Platform or its content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

10.3 The 568jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 568jl. Use of these trademarks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 568jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to your Account; (c) any loss of data or game progress; or (d) any third-party conduct on the Platform.

11.2 568jl's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the balance of Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 568jl's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 568jl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, security, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12.1 By 568jl. 568jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) 568jl is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority; (c) the Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful activity; or (d) 568jl determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account presents a compliance, legal, or reputational risk.

12.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the 568jl support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds that have met applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, any outstanding Bonus balances shall be forfeited. Real-money Funds subject to no compliance holds shall be returned in full. Account data shall be retained for the period required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable law.

13.1 568jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via: (a) a notice on the Platform's homepage or login page; and/or (b) an email or SMS notification to the Player's registered contact details, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

13.2 Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment should close their Account before the effective date of the change.

13.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 568jl.club/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document identifies the version in force.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 568jl, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the 568jl support team. 568jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

14.3 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints against licensed operators.

14.4 Courts. Without prejudice to the PAGCOR process, either party may bring any dispute before the courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction. Players irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any dispute not settled through the above processes.
